Our consultants and engineers come from technical and production backgrounds and have broad ranging skills in IT, Networks,Digital Imaging, Photography, Proofing,Printing, Colour Management, Programming and ISO Standards implementation.

Colour Compliancy

Our Colour Compliancy Programme is a scheme we have designed to maintain the accuracy, relevance and efficiency of your colour work-flow.
This scheme is essential to our customers who don’t have the time or knowledge to regularly check the accuracy and efficiency of their colour, and also to those who are well equipped and knowledgeable.
The system is increasingly being requested by large colour critical clients.
The programme consists of an initial site visit to audit all colour systems, followed by regularly planned visits to maintain the colour accuracy and workflow standards.
From operating system and application settings, through profiling and hardware setup, our consultants possess the broad-based knowledge to provide a complete work-flow solution.

Service & Support Contracts

Our range of service and support contracts offer a range of options depending on your needs and budget. Included in every support contract is peace of mind which comes from knowing your production is protected.
A contract gives you a fixed price covering any eventuality. You will receive priority support over non-contract customers and our engineers will provide a service that focuses on preventing problems rather than reacting to them.
You will have the support of a technical expert quickly when problems arise. Our support covers all areas of your workflow, from your computer systems to your output devices. We offer telephone support, remote log-in to your computer systems and on-site engineers within a short timescale.
Our Bronze, Silver and Gold support plans offer increasing levels of support allowing you to tailor the price and support level to suit you.

 

Pricing

Our service, support extent and rates are as follows:
Monday - Friday £75 Per hour of site time / travel.
Minimum charge of 1 hour travel + 1 hour on site. Overnight and flight expenses are extra if applicable.
Day rate £750 Includes 1.25hrs travel each way. Overnight and flight expenses are extra if applicable.
Remote Colour Profiling £75 Per profile. Our remote profiling kit is available on request. Client is required to output testchart and post to our office. Profile is created and returned via email.
Remote Support £75 Per incident. Telephone support and remote login to clients machine.
Bespoke training onsite and at our premises per day from £1200 Colour Compliancy packages (guide prices)
Please note that all packages are subject to a minimum one-year contract that is paid in full at the start of each contractual year. After the first year a three-month notice period can be given to cancel the contract and the remaining months outside this notice period will be credited. Each package is customised to the individual customer, therefore the packages below are merely to be used as a guide to costs involved.
Example 1 3 site visits per year - 3 hour site visit £950
A typical 3 hour visit could cover the following equipment: 2 Apple workstations, 2 monitors, and 1 desktop proofing device.
Example 2 3 site visits per year - 6 hour site visit) £1350
A typical 6 hour visit could cover the following equipment: 1 camera, 4 Apple workstations, 4 monitors, and 2 desktop proofers or 1 high-end proofing device.
Example 3 6 site visits per year - 3 hour site visit £1850
A typical 3 hour visit could cover the following equipment: 1 camera, 2 Apple workstations, 2 monitors, and 1 desktop proofing device.
Example 4 6 site visits per year - 6 hour site visit £2750
A typical 6 hour visit could cover the following equipment: 1 camera, 4 Apple workstations, 4 monitors, and 2 desktop proofers or 1 high-end proofing device.
